About Michael Chavira

Chavira was at the forefront of the successful acquisition of Knowledge Link, a Herndon, VA-based intelligence services company, in December 2020. With that acquisition, the company nearly doubled in size. Chavira and Stauber successfully completed their second acquisition in April 2022. Data Intelligence Technologies, based in Tysons Corner, Virginia, is bringing a new client base and capabilities to Axiologic Solutions. Axiologic Solutions now employs over 300 people in total, and the company has no plans to slow down. Axiologic Solutions and Chavira are planning a third acquisition to help them solve their clients' most difficult engineering problems.

Aside from the expansion, Axiologic Solutions has received a number of awards, including the 2018 Government Contractor of the Year Award from the Small and Emerging Advisory Contractors Forum (SECAF), and the award-winning Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), A Washington Technology "Fast 50" company in 2015, 2016, 2018, and 2019, A Washington Business Journal 75 Fastest Growing Company in 2018 and 2019, and a Virginia Fantastic 50 Company in 2019 and 2020.

Chavira is much more than a war veteran, engineer, and business owner. He also believes in education, as it helped him develop his life and grow from being a farmer alongside his family in beautiful Wyoming to being at the forefront of engineering innovations. Chavira is an active member of the following organizations: City Kids Wilderness Project Board Member in Washington, D.C., Donor for the Boy Scouts of America and on their Board of Advisors, and has recently been named as a Whitney Award nominee, Strategic Advisor for the Buffalo Bill Museum of the West, and proud donor to the Children's Science Center of Northern Virginia with Axiologic Solutions.

Chavira believes in the power of higher education to refine his skills, in addition to helping other children achieve their educational goals through his charity work. He attended the following universities: Bachelor of mechanical engineering from the University of Wyoming, Master of business administration from the University of Massachusetts, Master of systems engineering from the University of Virginia, and Master of finance from American University.
